Users must not list counterfeit, illegal, or fraudulent digital products.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and delivery of purchased items.

Any attempt to defraud buyers or manipulate the review system will result in permanent account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling stolen accounts, keys, or credentials
• Circumventing platform payment systems
• Spam, phishing, or malicious links
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
• Any activity that violates applicable law

All content on NexusMarket, including logos, design, and code, is the property of NexusMarket and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce or distribute our content without explicit written consent.

NexusMarket acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or disputes between users.

NexusMarket reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
